The White House moved to enforce tightened sanctions against Iran on Monday because of the country’s suspect nuclear program, freezing all property of the Central Bank of Iran, other Iranian financial institutions and the Iranian government in the United States.

The new restrictions also raised new warnings to financial institutions in other nations that they could face big penalties in the United States if they did business with Iran’s central bank.

The actions were announced in an executive order signed by President Obama that started the enforcement process for a tough measure he signed into law at the end of 2011. If fully carried out, that measure could isolate Iran’s central bank and effectively choke off the sale of Iranian oil by obstructing the means of payment. Most of the revenue for oil sales by Iran, one of the world’s biggest oil exporters, is processed by its central bank.

Tensions have been rising between Iran and the West over Tehran’s nuclear energy program, which Iran says is peaceful and Western nations say is a cover for efforts to achieve the ability to make a nuclear weapon.

Israeli leaders, who see Iran as their most serious security threat, have hinted they may order a pre-emptive military strike on suspected nuclear targets in Iran if they conclude the sanctions are ineffective. Mr. Obama and his aides have sought to restrain Israel, stressing in recent days that sanctions and diplomatic pressure are the preferred strategy for dissuading Iran.

“There has been a steady increase in our sanctions activity, and this is part of that escalation,” Jay Carney, the White House spokesman, said after the latest steps were announced.

Last week an inspection team from the International Atomic Energy Agency left Iran after the government refused to allow it to scrutinize elements of the nuclear program that the agency had said could be military in nature. Although the team is returning to Iran this month, Western diplomats have concluded that Iran appears intent on stonewalling.

In a statement, the White House said the executive order “re-emphasizes this administration’s message to the government of Iran — it will face ever-increasing economic and diplomatic pressure until it addresses the international community’s well-founded and well-documented concerns regarding the nature of its nuclear program.”

The timing, a Treasury Department official said, was driven by the need for the administration to lay the groundwork to effectively enforce the new sanctions law, in part by reaching out to allies and other countries to explain how the sanctions will work. Many of these countries buy oil from Iran through its central bank, and their financial institutions could be blocked from the American market if they continue to do so.

The administration has been trying to persuade Iran’s oil customers to shift to other suppliers, and countries like Saudi Arabia have promised to raise production to compensate for any shortages. But some of Iran’s biggest customers, notably China and India, have signaled their intention to keep buying Iranian oil.

The penalties against Iran’s central bank, and potentially the banks of other nations that do business with it, were unanimously passed by the Senate and attached to an annual defense bill over the administration’s objections. Mr. Obama agreed to the penalties after the White House negotiated language that would give him latitude to waive them for foreign financial institutions.

Documents accompanying the executive order said foreign financial institutions risked American sanctions “if they engage in certain significant financial transactions” with Iran’s central bank rather than “arms-length” transactions.

In a statement, the Treasury Department said the executive order “blocks all property and interests in property of the government of Iran, the Central Bank of Iran and all Iranian financial institutions (regardless of whether the financial institution is part of the government of Iran) that are in the United States, that come within the United States or that come within the possession or control of U.S. persons.” The statement did not further specify the exact properties that apply.

The Senate has proposed additional sanctions that could cripple Iran’s financial system by severing Iranian banks’ access to a global communications system that virtually all banks use to transmit data. A full vote has not yet been taken on that measure.

Advocates of stiff sanctions on Iran welcomed the administration’s announcement on Monday.

“Sanctions against Iran’s central bank, if properly implemented and enforced, will severely isolate the Iranian regime from world markets and limit the capital it has to pursue nuclear weapons and fund terrorism,” said Mark D. Wallace, president of United Against Nuclear Iran, a group in New York.

Iran’s government has denounced the sanctions as an effort to bully Iranians into surrendering their legal right to pursue nuclear energy peacefully. It has threatened to retaliate by closing the Strait of Hormuz, a vital oil route, and by cutting off European buyers of Iran’s oil before a planned European Union embargo of Iran’s oil to start on July 1.

Iran’s official Islamic Republic News Agency said people at an organized rally against the sanctions in Tehran on Monday chanted “Death to America” and “Death to the Zionist regime” and urged Parliament to halt oil exports to European countries.

A number of Iranian officials have released the details of the letter that U.S. President Barack Obama recently sent to Tehran.

The New York Times, citing U.S. government officials, wrote on January 12 that the Obama administration had sent a message to Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei warning that closing the Strait of Hormuz is a “red line” that would provoke a response by the United States.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ramin Mehmanparast said on January 15 that U.S. officials had sent a message on the Strait of Hormuz to the Islamic Republic through three officials, noting, “Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, delivered a letter to Mohammad Khazaii, the Islamic Republic of Iran’s ambassador (to the UN). The Swiss ambassador to Tehran (Livia Leu Agosti) also conveyed the message, and Jalal Talabani, the Iraqi president, conveyed the message to officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran as well.”

Obama has called for negotiations

MP Ali Motahhari said on Wednesday, “In the letter, it has been stated that ‘closing the Strait of Hormuz is our red line’ and they have requested direct negotiations.”

“In the letter, Obama has announced readiness for negotiation and the resolution of mutual disagreements,” he added.

He went on to say that Obama uttered threats in the first part of the letter and talked about friendship and negotiation in the second part.

Obama says U.S. will not take hostile action against Iran

MP Hojjatoleslam Hossein Ebrahimi said on Wednesday, “Obama’s letter has several parts. Part of it is about this, (namely) that using international waterways is the right of all countries and all should benefit from them. And in this letter, he has described it as the United States’ red line.”

“In the letter, Obama has mentioned cooperation and negotiation based on the interests of the two countries,” Ebrahimi, who is the deputy chairman of the Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, told the Nasimonline news website.

“He has stated in the letter that they will not take any hostile action against the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he added.

Ebrahimi also said, “This is not the first time that Obama has sent a message and letter to the Islamic Republic of Iran. He has repeatedly spoken in a soft tone about the Islamic Republic of Iran, but, in practice, he has not acted accordingly.”

“Obama’s letter indicates that the United States has become afraid of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s might and has realized the point that an arrogant spirit is of no use, and therefore, he has softened his tone when speaking about the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he stated.

He added, “The important issue is that without the Islamic Republic of Iran’s permission, no country can benefit from the Persian Gulf.”

Iran responsible for maintaining security of Persian Gulf

Expediency Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaii also commented on the letter on Wednesday, saying, “Mr. Obama has written a cunning letter and intended to claim that the U.S. is responsible for maintaining the security of the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, while Iran itself is responsible for maintaining the security of this region.”

“We maintain the security of the region with the help of regional countries,” he said, adding, “There is no need for the presence of extra-regional forces to maintain the security of this region, and we believe that the presence of the United States and Britain mostly creates insecurity.”

If they “feel compassion” for regional countries and want to help them enhance security in the region, “I advise them to leave the region,” Rezaii stated.

US-Israeli discord over action against Iran went into overdrive Sunday, Jan. 15 when the White House called off Austere Challenge 12, the biggest joint war game the US and Israel have every staged, ready to go in spring, in reprisal for a comment by Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Moshe Yaalon in an early morning radio interview. He said the United States was hesitant over sanctions against Iran’s central bank and oil for fear of a spike in oil prices.

The row between Washington and Jerusalem is now in the open, undoubtedly causing celebration in Tehran.

Nothing was said about the 9,000 US troops who landed in Israeli earlier this month for a lengthy stay. Neither was the forthcoming visit by Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint US Chiefs of Staff, Thursday mentioned.

The exercise was officially postponed from spring 2012 to the last quarter of the year over “budgetary constraints” – an obvous diplomatic locution for cancellation.  It was issued urgently at an unusually early hour Washington time, say DEBKAfile’s sources, to underscore the Obama administration’s total disassociation from any preparations to strike Iran and to stress its position that if an attack took place, Israel alone would be accountable.

Israel’s Deputy Prime minister further inflamed one of the most acute disagreements in the history of US-Israeli relations over the Obama administration’s objections to an Israel military action against Iran’s nuclear sites in any shape or form. Yaalon ventured into tricky terrain when he pointed out that US Congress had shown resolve by enacting legislation for sanctions with real bite. But the White House “hesitated.” He went on to say: “A military operation is the last resort, but Israel must be ready to defend itself.”

The friction was already fueled last week by the deep resentment aroused in Israel by Washington’s harsh condemnation of the assassination last Wednesday, Jan. 11, of the nuclear scientist Prof. Mostafa Ahmadi-Roshan, and absolute denial of any US involvement.

Although Tehran has since accused the United States of the attack, the White House treated it as the defiant sign of an approaching unilateral Israeli military operation against Iran to which the administration is adamantly opposed.

Friday, Jan. 13, the Pentagon announced the substantial buildup of combat power around Iran, stationing nearly 15,000 troops in Kuwait – two Army infantry brigades and a helicopter unit – and keeping two aircraft carriers the region: The USS Carl Vinson, the USS John Stennis and their strike groups.

DEBKAfile’s military sources report that a third aircraft carrier and strike group, the USS Abraham Lincoln, is also on its way to the Persian Gulf.

This massive military buildup indicates that  either President Obama rates the odds of an Israel attack as high and is bolstering the defenses of US military assets against Iranian reprisals – or, alternatively, that the United States intends to beat Israel to the draw and attack Iran itself.

The official purpose of Gen. Dempsey’s visit next Thursday was supposed to be coordination between the US armed forces and the IDF. But his main object was another try to dissuade Israel’s government and military leaders from plans to strike Iran without Washington’s prior consent.

The “budgetary constraints” pretext for cancelling Austere Challenge 12 is hard to credit since most of the money has already been spent in flying 9,000 US troops into Israel this month. Although the exercise in which they were to have participated was billed as testing multiple Israeli and US air and missile defense systems, the exercise’s commander, US Third Air Force Lt. Gen. Frank Gorenc, announced that the event was more a “deployment” than an “exercise.”

Its cancellation leaves Washington and Jerusalem at loggerheads in four main areas:

1.  President Obama believes he is rushing through the sanctions against Iran’s central bank CBI and oil restrictions with all possible speed. He needs time to persuade more governments to support him. Israel sees little real progress in the crawling diplomatic bid for backers and is impatient for action. At the rate the sanctions are going through, they will not be in place before the end of 2012 and by then, Iran will have already acquired a nuclear weapon.

Israeli leaders also suspect that the Obama administration may be foot-dragging deliberately in the hope of encouraging Iran to enter into negotiations and so avoid a military showdown. They point out that all previous rounds of talks were exploited for Iran’s forward leaps in their nuclear weapon drive, free of international hassle.

2.  President Obama insists on the US acting alone in attacking Iran with no Israeli military involvement. This would leave him free to decide exclusively when and how to stage an operation. He is counting on the tightened military and intelligence cooperation he has instituted between the two armed forces and agencies to safeguard Washington against the surprise of a lone Israeli action.

But Israel has declined to make this commitment – even in the face of US officials’ efforts at persuasion.

3.  US military strategists are counting on an Iranian reprisal for an attack on its nuclear sites to be restrained and limited to certain US military assets in the region, Israeli targets and oil installations in the Persian Gulf, including a temporary and partial closure of the Strait of Hormuz, through which one fifth of the world’s oil passes.

They expect Israel to refrain from striking back for Iranian attacks and to leave the payback option entirely in American hands. US officials have said they fear an Israeli overkill would tip the entire American military operation into imbalance and generate unforeseen consequences.

The incoming US troops were therefore armed with the sophisticated missile interceptorTHAAD systems (easily transportable Terminal High Altitude Area Defense hit-to-kill weapons) to show the Israeli government that the US would stay on top of all the military moves against Iran – offensive and defensive alike.

On these three points, the US and Israel disagree. Neither Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, nor Defense Minister Ehud Barak or Deputy Prime Minster Yaalon, who are responsible for all decisions on Iran, are willing to put all their trust for defending Israel in American hands or relinquish unilateral military options against Iran. They believe US officials when they assert that the administration is prepared to prevent Iran acquiring a nuclear weapon, but they want to see proof of the pudding and actions to back up the rhetoric. In the light of credible intelligence that Iran is very close to achieving its nuclear goal, Israel is holding on to its military option over American objections.

The political press has been abuzz over the much anticipated signing of the NDAA by Barack Obama on Saturday: this move was not surprising because Obama had already made it clear he would go ahead and enact the law, even though he added some ‘stern’ language that is supposed to legitimize what some say is a precursor to the establishment of martial law in the US. To wit: “The fact that I support this bill as a whole does not mean I agree with everything in it. In particular, I have signed this bill despite having serious reservations with certain provisions that regulate the detention, interrogation, and prosecution of suspected terrorists.” And yet he signed it (full text of Obama’s statement on the NDAA, sent while on vacation in Hawaii, can be found here). Perhaps the reason for that unpopular move were some of the more nuanced contents of the Bill, among which is the decision to fully boycott not only Iran, but any bank, including central bank, and other financial institution found to deal with Iran. Which incidentally means most of Russia and China, and probably half of Europe, as all petrodollars generated by the country’s petroleum export industry first have to make their way via the international financial community back into the country. The history buffs out there will realize that this form of couched antagonism is nothing short of the US approach to Japan during World War II, which was essentially provoked into attacking Pearl Harbor – read the details of the October 7, 1940 McCollum Memo here, and especially bullet point 10. And unfortunately, it appears that within 24 hours or so, Iran may have already taken the bait. As Reuters and BBC report, Iran has both test-fired a medium-range SAM during the ongoing wargames exercise previously discussed here, as well as made a formal announcement it has made and tested domestically made nuclear fuel rods: precisely the event that the Israel or US-borne Stuxnet was designed to prevent. So as the tennis match of escalation keeps on growing the ball is now once again in the US’ court.

U.S. President Barack Obama signed into law on Saturday a defense funding bill that imposes sanctions on financial institutions dealing with Iran’s central bank, while allowing for exemptions to avoid upsetting energy markets. The sanctions target both private and government-controlled banks – including central banks – and would take hold after a two- to six-month warning period, depending on the transactions, a senior Obama administration official said.

Under the law, the president can move to exempt institutions in a country that has significantly reduced its dealings with Iran and in situations where a waiver is in the U.S. national security interest or otherwise necessary for energy market stability. He would need to notify Congress and waivers would be temporary, but could be extended.

Sanctioned institutions would be frozen out of U.S. financial markets.

“Our intent is to implement this law in a timed and phased approach so that we avoid repercussions to the oil market and ensure that this damages Iran and not the rest of the world,” the senior U.S. official told Reuters.

Iran’s central bank is the main conduit for Tehran’s oil revenues.

Obama signed the bill during his vacation in Hawaii, just hours after Tehran said it had delayed planned long-range missile tests in the Gulf and signaled it was ready for fresh talks on its disputed nuclear program.

Senior U.S. officials said Washington was consulting with its foreign partners to ensure the new sanctions can work without harming global energy markets. They stressed the U.S. strategy of both isolating and remaining open to engagement with Iran was unchanged.

Ah yes, the precious energy markets. We can’t have some unprecedented volatility there, not now when it is now officially an election year. What however we can have, is control over the supply of one of the world’s biggest oil exporters. Kind of what happened in Iraq a few years back to stunning success…

So what was Iran’s response?

Iran has successfully produced and tested fuel rods for use in its nuclear power plants, state television reported on Sunday, in a snub to international demands that it halt sensitive nuclear work.

The rods, which contain natural uranium, were made in Iran and have been inserted into the core of Tehran’s research nuclear reactor, the television reported.

Nuclear fuel rods contain small pellets of fuel, usually low-enriched uranium, patterned to give out heat produced by nuclear reaction without melting down.

“This great achievement will perplex the West, because the Western countries had counted on a possible failure of Iran to produce nuclear fuel plates,” the Tehran Times newspaper said.

The development was announced at a time of growing tension between Western powers and Iran after the U.N. nuclear agency reported in November that Tehran appeared to have worked on designing a nuclear weapon. Secret research to that end may be continuing, it said.

The United States and its European allies have increased the sanctions pressure on Iran, one of the world’s largest oil producers, to push Tehran to halt the enrichment.

U.S. President Barack Obama signed more sanctions against Iran into law on Saturday, shortly after Iran signalled it was ready for new talks with the West on its nuclear programme and said it had delayed long-range missile tests in the Gulf.

Iran has successfully test-fired a medium-range surface-to-air missile during military exercises in the Gulf, the official Irna news agency reports.

Iranian naval commander, Mahmoud Mousavi, was quoted as saying the missile was equipped with the “latest technology” and “intelligent systems”.

The test comes a day after he denied earlier state media reports that Iran had test-fired long-range missiles.

He said on Saturday missile launches would take place “in the coming days”.

Iran’s 10 days of naval exercises began last week and are taking place in international waters to the east of the strategic Strait of Hormuz.

They come at a time of increased tensions between the West and Iran over its nuclear ambitions.

Tehran reacted angrily last week to reports that Western nations were planning to impose further sanctions targeting Iran’s oil and financial sectors.

So little by little the US will escalate pressure on Iran to commit increasingly more glaring acts of outright ‘insanity’, until finally it does the one thing that according to the US media, which will likely be needed to wash-rinse-spin cycle the newsflow, will push the  American people, who are just not going to take such ‘vile’ proocations any more, over the edge. At least according to Santorum’s Meet the Press interview from this morning which made precisely that point all too clear.

A disturbing report issued by the Russian General Staff to President Medvedev warns today that the North American Security Zone agreement signed this past week between US President Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper is a defacto merging of these two nations and allows the Americans to begin building one of the largest gulag systems [forced labor camps] in modern human history.

According to this report, this new agreement between the US and Canada brings closer to fruition the North American Union between these two nations and Mexico first proposed by President Ronald Reagan on 13 November 1979.

Most ominous about this new agreement, Russian military experts in this report say, is that aside from Canada having to provide the United States with personal information on millions of Canadian citizens, the Americans now have complete control to begin building their long sought after system of labor camps in the Canadian Arctic designed to hold up to one-million of their citizens their President has deemed to be “traitors.”

Virtually unknown to the masses of American people is their Presidents ability to label anyone he so chooses as a “terrorist” or “traitor” enabling him to turn these citizens over to the control of US Military forces who are able to hold them without charges or trial forever.

Even worse, and as we had previously reported on, new laws being passed in the United States now designate their Homeland as a “battlefield” and ordinary citizens who oppose the Obama regime as being “enemies of the state”. 

Not content to have the astounding dictatorial powers he already possesses, new reports from the United States are now stating that President Obama is threatening to veto even tougher laws that fail to give him complete control to turn over anyone he so chooses to be jailed by US Military forces.

Russian military legal analysts in this report further detail that Obama’s need to establish these “Arctic Death Camps” in Canada is to keep imprisoned American “traitors” from being able to access the US legal system as they are being tortured, such as the system of secret CIA and US Military prisons established all over the world over the past decade during their so called “War on Terror.”

To the type of life these Americans can expect in these “Arctic Death Camps” was recently described by German investigative journalists who uncovered one of these secret US prisons in Romania who, in part, said:

“According to US officials, interviewed anonymously, during their first month in detention the detainees were deprived of sleep, doused with water, forced to stand in painful positions and ‘slapped’. There is a convenient and descriptive shorthand for this kind of treatment which readers in ‘civilised’ countries might find useful – torture. 

One weird detail about the prison chills the blood more than anything else. The six cells were mounted on springs so they were always swaying a little.  Apparently, it’s a good way of keeping people disorientated for long periods of time. God knows where the CIA recruits the sort of people who can dream up this kind of stuff – from the ranks of a heavily armed backwoods militia maybe or perhaps even the Ku Klux Klan.”

Chilling reports coming from the United States state that the US Army has begun training their troops to staff these “Arctic Death Camps” under a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) designed to teach them how to handle civilian detainees and have begun asking their National Guard troops if they would be willing to fire on and kill American citizens.

To the types of Americans labeled as “terrorists” by the Obama regime US Senator Rand Paul this past week warned included anyone having missing fingers, anyone having guns, anyone having weatherproofed ammunition, and anyone having seven days or more of food in their homes. [See video HERE.]

So concerned is the Obama regime about any American citizen having more than seven days of food, new reports from the United States are now saying their Federal government agents are now ordering food companies to supply them with lists of anyone who is buying food in preparation for hard times or disasters.

To any American thinking they aren’t a terrorist they should think again as InfoWars.Com previously reported that secret US government documents they obtained further said these people were enemies of the state if they supported US Congressman Ron Paul, owned gold, or flew the American flag.

To how soon the Obama regime will begin its mass roundup of its own citizens was chillingly revealed this week when new documents were released showing their push to open what are called FEMA detention camps in all 50 States as soon as possible.

The reason behind the Obama regime preparing to unleash its brutal might upon its own citizens was, likewise, was warned about this past week by noted trends analyst Gerald Celente, who during an interview with Russian Today [see video below] stated that the US was preparing to establish “Economic Martial Law” shortly after the turn of the New Year.

Sadly for the American people, whose march to communistic serfdom is accelerating with each passing day, was their ignoring the words of Prime Minister Putin who warned of the dangers of any country following the path of communalism by his stating:  “The concentration of surplus assets in the hands of the state is a negative aspect of anti-crisis measures in virtually every nation. In the 20th century, the Soviet Union made the state’s role absolute. In the long run, this made the Soviet economy totally uncompetitive. This lesson cost us dearly. I am sure nobody wants to see it repeated.”

And in what can only be described as the most despotic irony of all, while the Western media has devoted nearly all of its attention on Russian protests which saw nearly 300 arrests, they still refuse to report on the Occupy Protests that have rocked their countries resulting in the brutalizing of peaceful protesters and seen over 5,000 of them jailed.

Imagine for a moment that somewhere in the middle of Texas there was a large foreign military base, say Chinese or Russian. Imagine that thousands of armed foreign troops were constantly patrolling American streets in military vehicles. Imagine they were here under the auspices of “keeping us safe” or “promoting democracy” or “protecting their strategic interests.”

Imagine that they operated outside of US law, and that the Constitution did not apply to them. Imagine that every now and then they made mistakes or acted on bad information and accidentally killed or terrorized innocent Americans, including women and children, most of the time with little to no repercussions or consequences. Imagine that they set up checkpoints on our soil and routinely searched and ransacked entire neighborhoods of homes. Imagine if Americans were fearful of these foreign troops, and overwhelmingly thought America would be better off without their presence.

Imagine if some Americans were so angry about them being in Texas that they actually joined together to fight them off, in defense of our soil and sovereignty, because leadership in government refused or were unable to do so. Imagine that those Americans were labeled terrorists or insurgents for their defensive actions, and routinely killed, or captured and tortured by the foreign troops on our land. Imagine that the occupiers’ attitude was that if they just killed enough Americans, the resistance would stop, but instead, for every American killed, ten more would take up arms against them, resulting in perpetual bloodshed. Imagine if most of the citizens of the foreign land also wanted these troops to return home. Imagine if they elected a leader who promised to bring them home and put an end to this horror.

Imagine if that leader changed his mind once he took office.

The reality is that our military presence on foreign soil is as offensive to the people that live there as armed Chinese troops would be if they were stationed in Texas. We would not stand for it here, but we have had a globe-straddling empire and a very intrusive foreign policy for decades that incites a lot of hatred and resentment towards us.

According to our own CIA, our meddling in the Middle East was the prime motivation for the horrific attacks on 9/11. But instead of re-evaluating our foreign policy, we have simply escalated it. We had a right to go after those responsible for 9/11, to be sure, but why do so many Americans feel as if we have a right to a military presence in some 160 countries when we wouldn’t stand for even one foreign base on our soil, for any reason? These are not embassies, mind you, these are military installations. The new administration is not materially changing anything about this. Shuffling troops around and playing with semantics does not accomplish the goals of the American people, who simply want our men and women to come home. 50,000 troops left behind in Iraq is not conducive to peace any more than 50,000 Russian soldiers would be in the United States.

Shutting down military bases and ceasing to deal with other nations with threats and violence is not isolationism. It is the opposite. Opening ourselves up to friendship, honest trade and diplomacy is the foreign policy of peace and prosperity. The Federal Security Service (FSB) is reporting today that the “secret letter” sent to Prime Minister Putin by Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda contains a warning that United States President Barack Obama has issued an executive-level “kill order” against US Congressman Ron Paul over fears this charismatic politician, who many believe could capture the Republican Presidential 2012 nomination, is about to expose to all Americans what can only be described as the largest mass theft in human history.

According to this report, Prime Minister Noda first became aware of this “kill order” after a private meeting with Obama at last weeks ASEAN Summit meeting in Indonesia when the American President expressed his “unconstrained joy” over the toppling of the Greek and Italian governments in bloodless coups by EU banksters who installed to run these countries unelected former Goldman Sachs executives.

Not known to many Americans is that the giant global investment firm Goldman Sachs put Obama into office by being its top donor and after winning the Presidency put so many of its former executives into the US government it is known as the “Wall Street Cabinet.”

The reason for Goldman Sachs, and other top American and European banksters, putting Obama into office, this report continues, was to loot the Americans taxpayers of an estimated $100 Trillion…nearly $30 Trillion of which went directly into the pockets of international banksters around the world and another $70 Trillion in lost home values, stock portfolios and pensions funds.

The main conduit of this massive theft was the US Federal Reserve System which during the 2008 Financial Crisis secretly doled out, without the American peoples knowledge, over $16 Trillion to European banks and companies and another nearly $8 Trillion in “secret loans” to the largest banks in the United States.

Causing Obama and his bankster allies to fear Ron Paul, this report continues, is the Congressman’s ability to hold US Congressional hearings on the $8 Trillion in secret loans to the largest banks in American without the public’s knowledge exposing this largest theft in human history and laying bare for all to see the total criminality of their entire elite political, financial and corporate class.

Though the US mainstream media has virtually ignored Ron Paul’s candidacy the American people themselves appear to have broken through this deliberate government ordered blackout of his Presidential run as evidenced by his rise in the polls in the first campaign States of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, which should he win them all would assure him the Republican nomination.

The fears Ron Paul is causing among Americas elite classes appear to be justified as he recently likened the US Federal Reserve System to “drug addiction” warning that the deception it has foisted upon the public will lead to the destruction of the United States.

Ron Paul further warned the American people this year that their nation was becoming a “police state,” called for the impeachment of Obama for ordering the assassination of an American citizen without charges or trial, and stated that Obama had violated the War Powers Act over his actions against Libya.

Ron Paul’s fears of a police state America being ruled by a dictatorial tyrant were confirmed yesterday when the US Senate, in a 61-37 vote gave, for the first time in history, the power to the US Military to hold citizens without charges or trial indefinitely by passing a bill that was written in secret and never openly debated.

So frightening is this new law that the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in the days prior to its passing warned, “The Senate is going to vote on whether Congress will give this president—and every future president — the power to order the military to pick up and imprison without charge or trial civilians anywhere in the world. The power is so broad that even U.S. citizens could be swept up by the military and the military could be used far from any battlefield, even within the United States itself.”

Most ominous in this FSB report is its stating that the “assassination regime” ordered against Ron Paul by Obama may already be underway as one of theUS foreclosure fraud whistleblowers subpoenaed by Ron Paul to testify before the US Congress named Tracey Lawrence was found “suicided” yesterday inLas Vegas.

The destruction of anyone found opposing the Obama regime and its bankster backers was, also, brought into sharp relief this week by the smearing by mental illness allegations of one of America’s top heroes US Marine Sergeant Dakota Meyer, who in September received the Congressional Medal of Honor from Obama (who called him one of the most “down-to-earth guys that you will ever meet”) for saving the lives of 36 of his comrades, but after he alerted the press that his employer defense contractor BAE Systems was selling high-tech sniper rifles to Pakistan that are being used to kill America Soldiers was labeled as a “drunk and mentally ill.”

So concerned has the Kremlin become about the growing American fascist police state it caused General Nikolai Makarov, Russia’s top military commander, to issue a warning to the West last week that the Motherland was fully prepared for a nuclear World War III and which prompted the Obama regime to state that it would immediately cease observing their arms treaty with Russia.

New reports emerging in the Kremlin today from the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit (APEC) in Hawaii are stating that both Russian and Chinese diplomats were “stunned” upon learning that the United States Nobel Peace Prize winning leader, President Barack Obama, has ordered US Military forces into both Nigeria and Australia in what they describe as his plan to take over the entire world for his crony-capitalist backers.

According to these reports, Nigerian military sources have confirmed Obama’s plan to deploy US Military forces in their country in yet another expansion of the Pentagon’s “Shadow War” on the African Continent designed to take control of this regions vast oil and mineral resources, and he is, also, planning on announcing during his upcoming visit to Australia the deployment of US Marine forces to ward off what the Americans are calling the “China threat.”

With more than 900 US Military bases on all seven continents, and with a defense budget that outspends all of the other nations in the world combined, Russian diplomats warn that these latest deployments “strip bear” Obama’s true intentions which they describe as being nothing short of “total world domination.”

To understand Obama’s true motivations, these reports say, one has to realize that the West’s most powerful bankers who have given him more money than any politician, in any country, in modern human history far surpassing the millions given to Nazi Germany’s Adolf Hitler by US and European industrialists led by the former US President George W. Bush’s grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, who was charged for his crimes under the Trading With Enemies Act during World War II.

Sensing the rise of a growing American dictatorship headed by Obama, Prime Minister Putin this past week lashed out at the West by describing them as“arrogant world powers” who would stop at nothing to achieve their goals, and reserving special condemnation of both the US and UK for violating the UN Resolution against Libya that now finds NATO under investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for the many war crimes it committed.

China, likewise, this past week mocked the US that they said was controlled by fawning political leaders seeking re-election who have created an“entitlement culture” where the American public has grown dependent on government largesse, and at the opening of the APEC engaged in a “testy exchange” with the US over a new proposed Pacific Trade Pact.

Not just to Russia and China are fears of Obama rising either as US Congressman, and 2012 Presidential hopeful, Ron Paul warned this past week that the “Obama Presidency Warned Is On The Verge Of Being A Dictatorship” and US Supreme Court Justice Breyer further warned that the Obama regime was on the verge of creating an “Orwellian government.”

Important to note about Obama’s United States is that never before in modern history has the world’s leading economic power experienced a saving shortfall of such epic proportions as America is now experiencing and is leading to their fast total economic collapse, and with the European Central Bank (ECB) now warning that there is little left it can do to save the Eurozone this catastrophic event may very well be already underway caused the head of China’s biggest ratings agency, Dagong Global Credit Rating, to warn of another US credit downgrade.

Unfortunately for the American people in all of these events is their not being allowed to know about any of them due to their “mainstream” media not telling them, a point brought up in an article today detailing how in the past two weeks they have been subjected to nearly 120 stories about the sex life of Presidential contender Herman Cain while at the same time: 1.) Only 3 major networks covered Obama’s sending US troops in Uganda. 2.) Only 1 major news network covered the scandal of the Obama regime sending guns to Mexico’s gun cartels. 3.) No major network covered the 8^th largest bankruptcy inUS history of MF Global whose CEO was top Obama advisor, and former Goldman Sachs CEO, and former Democratic Governor of New Jersey John Corizine. 4.) No major network has covered the Solyndra scandal that allowed $500 million in US taxpayer money to be swindled away by Obama regime cronies.

And in, perhaps, the most egregious example of how far “mainstream” journalism has fallen in the US was the ABC Television News Network morning show host George Stephanopoulos attacking Herman Cain over the sex allegation made against him…the “same” George Stephanopoulos who when he was a top aide of President Bill Clinton praised the “mainstream” media for keeping what they knew secret from the American people…and in his own words on page 267 of his autobiography “All Too Human,” “Most important, I wanted to keep reports of Paula [Jones'] press conference off television … It wasn’t a hard sell.”

In a country whose President, a former professor of constitutional law nonetheless, can take an oath to uphold the Constitution and then spend every waking moment trying to dig its grave, and who is now warned has become prosecutor, judge and jury in the targeted killings of any American citizen he so chooses, one can see clearing why China is now seeking to protect its vast oil wealth in the South China Sea and why Putin has called for a Eurasian Union to protect Russia’s energy future.

What remains to be seen is if Obama and the powerful Western bankers backing him can succeed in their plans to take over the entire world without plunging us all into total war…history says that they can’t…time will surely tell.

A new report authored by Deputy Minister Gennadiy M. Gatilov of the Russian Foreign Ministry that is circulating in the Kremlin today warns that the Obama regime is pushing through the US Congress new and draconian “Police State” laws over the fears held by American oligarchs that an Argentina-type“movement” is about to sweep them all away.

The fears of a wider crackdown on dissent by the Obama regime outlined by Minister Gatilov were further echoed by the American Human Rights First organization this week after they reported that over 20 retired US Generals and Admirals had written to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, and to the chairman and ranking Senator of the Armed Services Committee, to demand the removal of police-state “anti-terrorism” measures from the 2012 Defense Authorization Act.

These new laws would permit for the first time in history the indefinite military detention of American citizens without charge or trial that these top US military officers warn:

“If passed, we believe these provisions would reshape our counterterrorism policies in ways that would undermine our national security and transform our armed forces into judge, jury and jailor for foreign terrorism suspects. The military’s mission is to prosecute wars, not terrorists. … It [the bill] would also authorize the indefinite detention without trial of terrorism suspects, including American citizens captured on U.S. soil – a policy that is contrary to the very American values needed to win this fight.”

The greater fears fueling the Obama regime to push for these new “Police State” laws, Minister Gatilov says, is due to the growing “Occupy Wall Street”protests sweeping across America that which each passing week are beginning to resemble the Argentina economic crisis and collapse of 1999-2002 that swept that South America nations oligarchs from power, put many of their former politicians, bankers and military leaders in jail, and has led to the one of the greatest economic recoveries in modern history.

To understand how afraid the American ruling oligarchy, politicians and military-corporatists are of the “Argentina Miracle” one must first understand that the cabal that engineered the collapse Argentina’s economy is the same one who control the United States today and are called the “Chicago Boys.”

The “Chicago Boys” were headed by the leader of University of Chicago’s School of Economics Milton Friedman (1912-2006) who aside from being an advisor to nearly every American President for over 50 years, was also the chief architect of the economic and social destruction of Argentina, Chile, and too many other nations around the world to mention in one sitting.

Two of the most powerful “Chicago Boys” currently engineering the destruction the American economy are former University of Chicago alumni President Barack Obama and former White House economic advisor Austan Goolsbee, both of whom since taking office, along with their oligarch allies, have accelerated the collapse the US economy to levels not seen since the Great Depression of last century.

One of the most knowledge people in the world about these “Chicago Boys” is the renowned Canadian author Naomi Klein who in her book “The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism” lays this monstrous cabal bare:

“In her groundbreaking reporting over the past few years, Naomi Klein introduced the term disaster capitalism. Whether covering Baghdad after the U.S. occupation, Sri Lanka in the wake of the tsunami, or New Orleans post-Katrina, she witnessed something remarkably similar. People still reeling from catastrophe were being hit again, this time with economic shock treatment, losing their land and homes to rapid-fire corporate makeovers.

The Shock Doctrine retells the story of the most dominant ideology of our time, Milton Friedman’s free market economic revolution. In contrast to the popular myth of this movement s peaceful global victory, Klein shows how it has exploited moments of shock and extreme violence in order to implement its economic policies in so many parts of the world from Latin America and Eastern Europe to South Africa, Russia, and Iraq.”

[Note: So feared and hated is Naomi Klein by American oligarchs, that merely for walking on a sidewalk in New York last week she was brutally assaulted and arrested by police for still as yet unexplained charges.]

Not being understood by either the American or Western European peoples are that the ever, and growing, economic catastrophes, and wars they are being made to experience have all been designed to keep them “shocked” while their futures are being stolen away from them.

In Argentina, however, the reverse happened when, just like the protests we see emerging throughout the US and Europe, instead of listening to their mainstream political leaders and press “experts” these people took matters into their own hands and remade their nation into one that serves its own people instead of only those who were rich and powerful.

By 2001 the popular mood in Argentina was moving toward a revolutionary uprising. Incumbent President Fernando De la Rua was overthrown scores of protestors were killed and wounded, as a popular rebellion threatened to seize the Presidential palace. By the end of 2002, hundreds of bankrupt factories were “occupied,” taken over and run by workers. Argentina then defaulted on its external debt in essence telling the West’s banking cartels to “take a hike.”

In early 2003, Nestor Kirchner was elected President, in the midst of this systemic crisis and proceeded to reject efforts to enforce debt payment or repress the popular movements. Instead he inaugurated a series of emergency public works programs. He authorized payments to unemployed workers (150 pesos per month) to meet the basic needs of nearly half the labor force. The most popular slogan, of the multitudinous movements occupying the financial districts, factories, public buildings and the streets was “Que se vayan todos” (“All politicians get out!’)

Last week Kirchner’s widow, President Cristina Fernandez won a landslide re-election and today Argentina’s economy is one of the most robust in the world enjoying over an 8% amount of growth per year, and where the poverty rate has been nearly eliminated since the power of the “Chicago Boys” was broken.

Once having broken the power of the “Chicago Boys” and their US-European banking cartel paymasters, Argentina did, indeed, throw out all of their politicians, quit believing the lies spread by the corrupt mainstream media, all but dismantled their industrial-military-complex, sent to jail most of their top political, corporate and military leaders and have provided to the world a “shining example” of what is possible, even though the odds seem too much stacked against ordinary people.

Axis of Logic reporter James Petras in his article comparing the events that saved Argentina, versus those now occurring in the United States recently wrote:

“The US under Bush-Obama has pursued a totally perverse and divergent path to that of Kirchner-Fernandez. They have prioritized military spending and expanded the security apparatus over the productive economy. Obama and Congress have vastly increased the police state apparatus, reinforced their political influence over regressive budgetary policies while increasingly violating human and civil rights. In contrast Kirchner/Fernandez have prosecuted dozens of human rights violators in the military and police and weakened the military’s political power.

In other words the Argentine Presidents have weakened the militarist pressure bloc which demands greater arms and security expenditures. They created a state more accommodative to their political project of financing economic competitiveness, new markets and social programs. Bush-Obama revived the parasitical financial sector further unbalancing the economy. Kirchner/Fernandez ensured that the banking sector financed the growth of the export sector, manufactures and domestic consumption. Obama slashes social consumption to pay creditors. Kirchner-Fernandez imposed a 75% “haircut” on bondholders in order to finance social spending.

Kirchner-Fernandez have won three presidential elections, each by a larger margin. Obama may be a one-term president, even with the billion dollar campaign funding from Wall Street, the military industrial complex and the pro-Israel power configuration.

The popular opposition to Obama, especially the “Occupy Wall Street movement” has a long way to go to emulate the success of the Argentine movements that rousted incumbent presidents, blocked highways paralyzing production and circulation and imposed a social agenda that prioritized production over finance, social consumption over military expenditures. The “Occupy Wall Street Movement” has taken a first step toward mobilizing millions of active participants necessary to creating the social muscle that turned Argentina from a US style client state into a dynamic independent welfare state.”

To if the people of the United States, or those in Western Europe, are able to throw off the yoke of their oligarchs it is not in our knowing other than to point out that as of now the vast majority of these people continue to live their lives in denial believing only what their “masters” tell them to believe and ignoring those, like us, shouting the truth to them.

As history shows, however, our efforts in Argentina, like so many others who kept the truth flowing, the power of these monsters can be broken…one just has to keep trying.

An unsettling report prepared by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation (Minprirody of Russia) on the ongoing catastrophe in the Gulf of Mexico caused by the world’s third largest energy company, British Petroleum (BP), is now stating that they have won approvalfrom the US Interior Department to drill its first exploratory oil well in this region since the blowout of its Macondo Prospect well a year and a half ago touched off that country’s worst ever offshore environmental disaster.

Especially unnerving about this Minprirody report is its stating that the approval given to BP by the Obama regime came less than a week after a “suspected”whistleblower to the Gulf of Mexico oil leak catastrophe named George Thomas Wainwright [photo 2^nd left] was reported killed after a shark attack in Australia.

Wainwright, according to this report, was a marine systems engineer who graduated from Texas A&M University and was employed by BP to help control remote-operated vehicles, or ROVs, that worked 5,000 feet below the surface of the Gulf of Mexico to cap the oil spill.

Six months ago, this report continues, Wainwright “suddenly” left the United States travelling to Australia where he lived until his untimely death last week on a work visa, a “situation” Russian officials familiar with US whistleblowers say is “more than common” for those seeking to hide from American government-corporate retribution for telling the truth about what they know.

Unbeknownst to the American people about whistleblowers in their country is that Obama, who promised while running for President that he would be “more open” than anyone before him, has, instead, already outdone every previous President in pursuing leak prosecutions…and that was after only 17 months in office.

Where candidate Obama said in 2008 that “whistleblowers are part of a healthy democracy and must be protected from reprisal,” he is widely reported to now be targeting them as “enemies of the state.”

Making this situation even more frightening, especially for purported whistleblowers like Wainwright, is Obama now claiming for himself the power to assassinate any American citizen he so chooses, anywhere in the world without trial or evidence.

Conditions have become so dangerous in the US that respected Congressman Ron Paul blasted the Obama regime this past week warning Americans that a“sinister military-style crackdown” by the Obama regime was currently underway threatening all of the American people’s freedoms and liberties.

In a recent poll taken by the New York Times the American people overwhelming agree with Congressman Paul after it showed a staggering 89% of these people have now become afraid of their own government.

Should Wainwright’s death, at some future date, be conclusively linked to his purported whistleblowing activities against BP this report notes he would not be alone as the following “insiders” into the full knowledge of the Gulf of Mexico catastrophe have, as of this date, also been “neutralized” and include:

US Senator Ted Stevens who was the recipient of a whistleblower’s communication relative to the BP oil disaster blow-out preventer was killed in a plane crash.

Matthew Simmons, the only inside oil executive to speak the truth about the BP oil spill was found dead in this hot tub.

LSU scientist Gregory Stone an outspoken critic against BP who died suddenly of an “unknown illness.”

Mississippi Department of Marine Resources officer Antony Tremonte who after exposing the full extent of the BP oil spill was arrested on child porn charges.

Former President and CEO of the International Oil Spill Control Corporation Dr. Thomas B. Manton who began exposing the truth of BP oil spill was imprisoned then murdered while in jail.

Former Pentagon official and presidential aide and a defense consultant and expert on chemical and biological weapons John P. Wheeler II was beaten to death in an assault and his body was dumped in a landfill after he began investigating the BP oil spill.

The incident commander for BP’s Gulf of Mexico oil spill response team, and Wainwright’s superior, James Patrick Black was killed in a small plane crash.

Dr. Chitra Chaunhan who worked in the USF Center for Biological Defense and Global Health Infectious Disease Research studying the effects on humans of the BP oil spill was found dead by an apparent suicide by cyanide capsule leaving behind a young daughter and husband.

One of the world’s most renowned researchers into swans Dr. Jeffrey Gardner disappeared in November, 2010 and has never been heard from again after he began investigating unexplained bird deaths related to the BP oil spill.

Roger Grooters who began a 3,200 mile cycle trip across America to raise awareness of the Gulf of Mexico catastrophe was killed by a hit and run driver.

US Scientist Joseph Morrissey who was studying the effects of the BP oil spill on cells was shot to death during a home invasion robbery, no one was ever arrested.

To if these deaths, including Wainwright’s, that are related to the BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill catastrophe will ever be fully investigated their appears no hope as Obama has already become the largest recipient of campaign donations from this British oil giant they have made in the past 20 years…and as we all know…in America the “almighty” US Dollar is the only thing that matters.

May these poor souls Rest in Peace in the hope that “someday” their fellow citizens will awaken before all is lost.
