A disturbing report prepared by the Ministry of Defense circulating in the Kremlin today states that Russian Military Officials were rebuffed by NATO yesterday after questions were raised regarding massive troop and war equipment movements in the United States region of California and said to involve over 78,000 soldiers from various countries.

Reports coming in from the United States verify these extraordinary troop movements are currently underway with videos showing massive amounts of tanks and other war equipment being brought into the California region by train near Santa Cruz [see video HERE] and Morgon Hill [see video HERE] along with reports detailing that areas of Los Angeles were cordoned off this week for secret military exercises.

Important to note, this report says, is that even though Russia had withdrawn in 2007 from the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE) it was still able to get explanations for the transferring and movement of Western European and American troops from the United Kingdom under a separate agreement, but which was suspended without notice or explanation by the British government this past 25 November 2011.

Concerns over the military movements of the Western Powers, this report continues, are due to the United States and its European allies accounting for nearly three-quarters of the entire amount spent on armed troops and equipment in the entire world and that over the past decade have unleashed wars in various parts of the globe which they show no signs of stopping.

Russian military intelligence analysis of the camouflage pattern indentified on the thousands of military vehicles and tanks flooding into the California region [see both videos linked above] note that it is a variant of the MARPAT woodland pattern designed for use by US Marine Forces intended for use in urban environments located in temperate zones or tropical areas, but most certainly is not one used in any of Americas current war theaters of operation.

Analysis as to why these troops are currently massing in California, this report says, could involve any number of scenarios including: 1.) A planned US-EU invasion of either Mexico or a South American nation. 2.) Preparations to put down large scale rioting erupting in the United States. 3.) Preparations to assist the civilian population in the aftermath of a catastrophe caused by war or natural disaster.

Russian military analysts in this report note that Mexico could be a prime target” for US-European military action as its Drug War which began in 2006 has claimed nearly 48,000 lives and during this pivotal election year is now threatened with disintegration as its drug cartels now have more power than the government.

Another analysis in this report notes the United States growing anger at both oil rich Venezuela and Brazil whose left-leaning governments are becoming increasingly opposed to American-European domination and increasingly siding with China and Iran against the West. Important to note in this scenario are that war concerns in Brazil have increased to the point that many are now calling for Brazilians to begin preparing to crush an expected American invasion.

As to the likelihood that these forces massing in California will be used to put down internal dissent appears to have strong validity due to many experts analysis, including Obama regime backer and billionaire George Soros who this week warned that a violent class-war is about to erupt in the United States and stating, The situation is about as serious and difficult as I’ve experienced in my career.”  Important to note in this scenario is that United Statescrackdown on protesters has become so violent that the international association known as Reporters Without Borders downgraded press freedom in America to 47^th this week, an astounding fall of 27 places for a country that claims it has the most freedom in the world.

In our world today where the Obama regime has called for more of its troops to be deployed to the Philippines to counter China, has ordered 15,000 more of its troops to Kuwait in preparation for a war with an Iranian nation that is itself “preparing for Armageddon,” these strange and massive troop movements in California do raise a number of concerns, but which without the American people themselves demanding to know what is going on will, as always, leave these poor souls at the mercy of the tyrants who rule over them.

Meeting in Caracas comes on day Iran sentenced a man to death for allegedly spying on the country for the U.S.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Hugo Chavez mocked the U.S. and joked about directing ‘a big atomic bomb’ at Washington as they met in Caracas today.

The president of Iran was visiting his Venezuelan counterpart in an attempt to rally support for his government in the face of tightening sanctions from the West.

His meeting with Mr Chavez came on the day that Iran sentenced a man to death for allegedly spying on the country for the U.S., and claimed to have arrested several more American spies.

And the country has also sparked anger by beginning to enrich uranium at a secret underground site – a move which could be a step further towards developing a nuclear bomb.

Mr Ahmadinejad is in Venezuela at the start of his tour of Latin American countries ruled by left-wing governments sympathetic to Iran’s virulently anti-western regime.

As international sanctions begin to bite on Iran’s oil-dominated economy, the president is looking for allies who can continue to provide an economic lifeline for his government.

‘Despite those arrogant people who do not wish us to be together, we will unite forever,’ he told Mr Chavez today.

Both men hugged, beamed, held hands and showered each other with praise, making macabre jokes which appeared to threaten the U.S., the principal enemy of both leaders.

Mr Chavez said that he was hiding a bomb under a grassy knoll before the steps of the presidential palace, saying: ‘That hill will open up and a big atomic bomb will come out.’

As the two men laughed, he added: ‘The imperialist spokesmen say Ahmadinejad and I are going into the basement now to set our sights on Washington and launch cannons and missiles… It’s laughable.’

During a welcome ceremony for Mr Ahmadinejad, the speeches were mostly limited to mutual adulation and anti-U.S. snipes.

Mr Chavez said: ‘The imperialist madness has been unleashed in a way that has not been seen for a long time.’

Mr Ahmadinejad called his host, who is recovering from cancer, ‘the champion in the war on imperialism’.

And discussing the two countries’ co-operation, Mr Chavez said that Iranian constructors had recently built 14,000 new homes in Venezuela, adding: ‘The only bombs we’re preparing are bombs against poverty, hunger and misery.’

U.S. officials have expressed disquiet over Venezuela’s close ties with Iran. They fear Mr Chavez will weaken the international diplomatic front against Iran and could give Tehran an economic lifeline.

The United States and its allies believe Iran’s nuclear policy – which has taken a step forward with the opening of the underground Fordow facility near Qom – is aimed at producing a weapon. Iran says it is only for peaceful power generation.

As well as Venezuela, Mr Ahmadinejad plans to visit Nicaragua, Cuba and Ecuador on a visit that Washington has said shows its ‘desperation’ for friends.

Those nations’ governments share Mr Chavez’s broad global views, but do not have Venezuela’s economic clout and are unable to offer Iran any significant assistance.

Analysts are watching closely to see if Mr Chavez will back Iran’s threat to close the Strait of Hormuz, the world’s most important oil shipping lane, or how much he could undermine the sanctions by providing fuel or cash to Tehran.

Ahmadinejad, who is subordinate to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on foreign policy, has said little about the rising tensions with the West, including the sentencing to death of 28-year-old Iranian-American Amir Mirzaei Hekmati, who is accused of spying for the CIA.

One of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez’s brothers said Sunday that backers of the hospitalized leftist leader should not rule out armed struggle in the future, though they prefer to maintain power at the ballot box.

Adan Chavez’s statement came as speculation mounted about the health of the president, who has been convalescing at an undisclosed location in Cuba after reportedly undergoing emergency surgery 16 days ago.

Chavez’s older brother said Venezuela’s ruling party wants to retain power by defeating foes in elections. But he told government supporters that they should be ready to take up arms if necessary.

“As authentic revolutionaries, we cannot forget other forms of fighting,” he said during a prayer meeting for the health of his 56-year-old brother in the leader’s home state of Barinas.

Quoting Latin American revolutionary icon Ernesto “Che” Guevara, the president’s brother added: “It would be inexcusable to limit ourselves to only the electoral and not see other forms of struggle, including the armed struggle.”

Hugo Chavez is having serious health problems, but is he dead? One report says that Chavez is in a “critical state of health.”

A Spanish-language report quotes Venezuelan Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Temir Porras as saying that Chavez is “recuperating well.”

Chavez arrived in Cuba on June 8. Two days later, he was treated for a “”pelvic abscess.” There is also speculation that Chavez may be suffering from prostate cancer.

Chavez hasn’t been heard from for several days, adding to speculation that the normally talkative leader may be in poor health.

On June 25, Hugo Chavez and his handlers sent several messages via his Twitter account, perhaps to dispel all the rumors about his health.

Venezuelanalysis.com – Following Monday’s decision to raise the country’s minimum wage by 26.5%, Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez this week also announced increases of 40% and 45% for university-based and public administration workers, respectively. Effective on 1 May 2011, President Chávez called on working people throughout Venezuela to use their increased incomes responsibly, in the “fight against speculation, since every time we raise wages the capitalists raise prices,” and asked people to stay away from “the very consumerism that capitalism itself promotes.”

40% Increase for All University-based Workers

Speaking live on national television during Wednesday’s 12-year anniversary celebrations of the rebirth of Venezuela’s National Polytechnic Experimental University of the Bolivarian Armed Forces (UNEFA), Chávez explained the specific wage increases for the higher education community nationwide.

“For the university-based professionals; the workers, employees, and professors, those who have gone three years without a wage increase. Well, we’re going to raise their salaries 40%, starting on 1 May (2011), which is a significant amount,” explained Chávez.

“A full-time professor will soon earn 7,232 BsF per month [1,682 USD], while a professor-instructor will earn 3,335 BsF [776 USD]. And that’s just in salary, since to that figure one must add the food ticket benefits, the bonuses. All this combined means that a full-time professor could be making some 10,000 BsF [2,326USD],” he said.

To cover the upcoming wage increases, Chávez allotted 4.1 billion BsF [954 million USD], while at the same time authorizing the use of nearly 2.8 billion BsF [651 million USD] to pay debts accrued with university-based workers in 2008 and 2009.

In addition, the president designated 595.2 million BsF [138 million USD] to cover 2011 budget shortfalls in the following areas: Dining Halls (309 million BsF), transportation (191 million BsF), libraries and educational materials (54.5 million BsF), intensive courses (30 million BsF),   and finally, medical services (10.7 million BsF).

Chávez also authorized the use of 271 million BsF [63 million USD] to double (from 200 to 400 BsF) [47 to 93 USD] the monthly scholarship amount received by some 87,500 students nationwide, as well as an additional 60 million BsF [14 million USD] to incorporate an additional 12,500 students into the pool of Venezuelans who will receive the monthly subsidy.

“In the United States and Europe they are cutting salaries, cutting loans and credits, extending the retirement age, firing workers, outsourcing jobs, cutting budgets allotted for health, for education – that’s how the capitalist world works,” said Chávez in an effort to contrast the global economic situation with Venezuela’s own economic conditions.

Public Administration, Including Nurses, Up 45%

With Wednesday’s release of Gaceta Oficial Number 39.660, Venezuelan workers in the field of public administration also benefited from the Chávez administration’s decision to increase workers’ wages. On average, all public sector workers – including those who work in the public healthcare system – will see a 45% increase in wages come 1 May 2011.

According to the pay-scale tables published in Gaceta Oficial, Type 1 Public Sector Professionals – a category which includes newly-trained nurses – will have their integral wage increase from the current monthly 3,598 BsF to 4,779 BsF [837 to 1,111 USD], plus food ticket benefits. Type 2 and Type 3 Public Sector Professionals will see their integral wage increase from 3,763 to 5,011 BsF [875 to 1,165 USD] per month, and from 3,819 to 5,017 BsF [888 to 1,166 USD], respectively.

All public sector employees are granted food ticket benefits that vary depending on the number of days they work in a given month. For months with 31 days, workers obtain 27 tickets [1,026 BsF worth (239 USD)] while for months with 30 days or less they obtain 26 tickets [988 BsF worth (230 USD)].

Food ticket benefits – commonly referred to as Cesta Tickets – can be spent in any of the government’s many publicly-owned food distribution outlets, as well as numerous private vendors who accept them.

As a result of the overall wage increase, a group of nurses on hunger strike since late last month brought their protest to an end. Though their original demand of a minimum 5,000 BsF [1,163 USD] monthly salary was not met directly, protest leader Ana María Velásquez celebrated the wage increase and insisted that their “objective has been reached.”

Basic Food Basket Measurement

Speaking to teleSUR Wedensday evening, Elías El Juri, president of Venezuela’s National Statistics Institute (INE), put the wage increases into the context of basic food purchases for the average Venezuelan family:

“The basic food basket [needed to feed a Venezuelan family] is currently estimated to cost 1,589 BsF (370 USD). The minimum wage is scheduled to reach 1,548 BsF (360 USD), but add to this the legal minimum of benefits [food tickets, bonuses, etc.], and the actual minimum amount one earns is set to reach 2,523 BsF (587 USD) – sufficient to cover basic food needs and other costs,” said El Juri.

El Juri explained that, according to the INE, a “normal” Venezuelan family earns at least two minimum wages, or roughly 5,000 BsF (1,163 USD) after the wage increases scheduled for this year, more than enough to meet their basic food needs.

El Juri went on to express his concerns as they relate to price speculation.

“We need policies to confront the business community, those who are often unsatisfied with earnings of 10 to 15% – no, instead, they seek 40% profit margins…we have to win the struggle against price speculation,” he concluded.

Protecting the Wage Increase

In line with El Juri’s comments, Chávez on Wednesday called for “a powerful campaign against speculation, so that the increase in salaries doesn’t end up in the hands of speculators.”

On Thursday, Augusto Montiel, President of Venezuela’s Institute for the Defense of People’s Access to Goods and Services (INDEPABIS), warned the private sector against raising prices as a result of wage increases.

Speaking to Unión Radio, Montiel explained that INEPABIS currently has 280 inspection agents distributed nationwide, and that ‘committees against speculation’ have been established to detect speculators involved in “the criminal act” of illegally raising prices.

The institute has opened a telephone hotline (0800-reclama) for people to denounce price speculators.

The Stuxnet virus caused the Fukushima post-earthquake disaster

Ms. Moret indicated that a new cybervirus was found in Japan.  The Stuxnet virus is designed to attack off-line servers via USB memory sticks

The Stuxnet virus was designed to cause malfunction in the Siemens controllers that are used in some nuke plants.  Fukushima had the same Siemens controllers that Stuxnet was designed for.  The Stuxnet virus was also used by Israeli intelligence – Mossad – to destroy the Bushar nuclear-related centrifuges in Iran.

Ms. Moret stated, “The trouble after the earthquake was that the pumps and valves and controllers malfunctioned so the workers could not get the pumps working.  This just adds to the HAARP earthquake and much more evidence that it was a false flag HAARP event.”

Energy released by Japan HAARP earthquake equals 1 million nuclear bombs

During the interview, radiation expert Leuren Moret, who was an expert witness with the Tokyo International Tribunal for War Crimes in Afghanistan, reveals the calculations of a former Manhattan scientist that the Japan earthquake – a HAARP weapon of mass destruction – released approximately the energy equivalent to one million nuclear bombs.

Exposed spent rods in cooling ponds releasing radiation equivalent to 92,000 bombs per unit (total 4 units)

In the interview, radiation expert Leuren Moret also reveals calculations she developed regarding the amount of radiation being released by spent fuel rods that were being stored in cooling pools above each of the 6 reactors of the Fukushima plant.  Spent fuel rods from each unit of the Fukushima plant are releasing the equivalent of 92,000 nuclear bombs, Ms. Moret calculates.  Each unit has 400 assemblies of spent fuel rods, with 60 spent fuel rod for each assembly.  Each individual rod holds 72 pounds uranium, as opposed to a 20-pound uranium payload for a nuclear bomb.

This radiation from 4 units time 92,000 nuclear bombs is now being released into the troposphere, and traveling at below 300 feet altitude over Japan and the western United States.

HAARP-triggered rainout of Bay Area, California on March 18, 2011

Likewise, findings on the Japan HAARP earthquake/nuke tectonic attack are congruent with the Clifford Carnicom findings on HAARP/aerosol-chemtrails tectonic weapons attacks.

Clifford E. Banning HAARP and Chemtrails: The use of the law to protect the population, food supply and ecology of the planet

Radiation and HAARP expert Leuren Moret notes that there was one prior attempt to ban the HAARP-aerosol/chemtrails weapon of mass destruction.  That was in a bill H.R. 2977, introduced into the U.S. Congress in October 2001 by U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio), and withdrawn by Kucinich himself for no just reason almost immediately after introduction, thereby undercutting any efforts to legislate a ban on HAARP and aerosol/chemtrails for the past decade 2001-2011.

H.R. 2977 was a bill banning space-based weapons, and as soon as Rep. Kucinich’s office discovered that H.R. 2977 also banned the HAARP-chemtrails weapons system (which technically are a space-based weapons system of mass destruction), he ordered his staff to withdraw H.R. 2977 and to submit a substitute bill that did not mention HAARP and Chemtrails.  The HAARP-chemtrails weapons system had intentionally been included by this reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre, who drafted the original HR 2977 as introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich.

Rep. Dennis Kucinich ordered H.R. 2977 to be withdrawn, despite the fact that the HAARP-aerosol/chemtrails weapons system is a space-based weapons system one of whose principal applications is space warfare.  There was no consultation with this reporter or with any of the anti-HAARP or anti-aerosol/chemtrail constituency behind H.R. 2977.  Rep. Dennis Kucinich acted apparently upon some other factor that commitment to ban the HAARP-aerosol/chemtrails weapon of mass destruction in gutting HR 2977.  To date, Rep. Kucinich has reportedly even refused to meet with anti-HAARP and anti-aerosol/chemtrails activists seeking a legislative ban of the HAARP Chemtrails weapons system, thus gatekeeping and blocking any legistative ban on this weapons system.

Rep. Dennis Kucinich’s actions in destroying the HR 2977 bill banning the HAARP-aerosol/chemtrails weapons system left open the HAARP system to carry out significant destruction of populations and infrastructure in the 2005 Katrina Hurricane, the 2008 Myanmr Cyclone, the 2008 China Earthquake, the 2010 Haiti Earthquake, the 2010 Chile Earthquake, and now the 2011 Japan HAARP quake/nuke false flag attack.

With Rep. Dennis Kucinich’s killing of a bill explicitly banning the HAARP-aerosol/chemtrails weapons system just a month after its use on the World Trade Center in New York City at the false flag operation of September 11, 2001, that move effectively has shut out any legislation to ban HAARP and/or aerosols/chemtrails since 2001, as many anti-HAARP and anti-aerosol/chemtrail activists can testify.

Treaty to ban HAARP-aerosol/chemtrails weapons system

Aerosol/chemtrails expert Clifford Carnicom and HAARP-aerosols/chemtrails expert Leuren Moret have publcly expressed their support for a Treaty banning the HAARP-aerosol/chemtrails weapons system worldwide.  This weapons system is carrying out war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity on a scale that is beyond the conventional human imagination.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez’s purchases of weapons totaling more than $15 billion causes concern in Latin America.

Miami Herald – With the acquisition of hundreds of tanks, helicopters and bulletproof vehicles as well as submarines and missile networks, Venezuela is arming itself at a speed unprecedented in the history of the South American country.

Experts consulted by El Nuevo Herald have said that Hugo Chávez’s has created unrest in the region with purchases to expand its military that total more than $15 billion.

The analysts warned that the purchases are made in an improvised fashion, following a “dubious” process with no bidding or prior studies, which could lead the country to acquire a Russian technology difficult to adopt and rejected by segments of the National Armed Forces.

The funds Chávez is using for the purchase of these new weapons, the largest in the nation’s history, are in good part coming from loans.

“There have been important acquisitions in the country but never of such magnitude,” said Carlos Julio Peñaloza, former chief of the Unified Command of Venezuela’s Armed Forces.

And it could end up being a lot more than $15 billion.

Some analysts said that the purchases made so far add up to about $30 billion, a figure Chávez himself has said he wishes to spend to modernize the country’s armed forces.

A report by the Association for Citizen Control for the Security and Defense of the Nation, a Venezuelan NGO that follows this issue closely, says the country has received or is about to receive a long list of equipment and military installations supplied mostly by Russia, China and Spain.

The list includes 92 mid-size T-72B1V tanks, about 240 bulletproof infantry vehicles (BMP-3 and 8×8 BTR-80), nine submarines, nearly 50 vessels of different sizes, dozens of Sukhoi Su-30MK2 fighting airplanes, an undetermined number of Chinese J-10 fighter airplanes, and close to a hundred Russian helicopters, a good part of which were designed for combat operations.

The information also includes S-300 anti-airstrike missile systems, known by NATO as SA-20 Gargoyle, capable of following 100 objectives at the same time, including cruise missiles, while trying to down six of them simultaneously from a distance of 125 miles.

Venezuela has also obtained commitments to build weapon plants in the country, including a powder factory with Iran’s help, a plant to build AK-103/AK-104 assault rifles and a plant to build 7.6 by 39 mm ammunition.

Chávez has also acquired about 100,000 AK-103/AK-104 assault rifles, and 5,000 high-precision Dragunov SDVS rifles for snipers, besides 1,000 portable RPG-7V2 anti-tank rocket launchers, plus another 1,000 portable anti-air Igla-S missile launchers. The latter ones, of similar characteristics as the U.S. Stinger, have generated unrest within the U.S State Dept., which fears that some might end up in the hands of Colombian guerrillas with devastating results against the helicopters their neighbor country uses to fight rebel forces.

Washington has watched closely the purchases Venezuela has made in recent years. State Department officials have expressed concerns to their Russian counterparts about the massive sales of weapons to the South American country.

Michael Shifter, president of Inter-American Dialogue, a think-tank based in Washington, said the lack of transparency in the acquisition of weapons in Latin America is a preoccupying issue, but that Venezuela’s purchases, combined with Chávez’s inflammatory rhetoric, could prompt other countries to arm themselves.

Shifter said part of the purchases could be justified by the need to modernize the country’s armed forces, but the absence of clarity about the equipments and the purpose for which they are being obtained creates nervousness in the region.

“The problem is Chávez’s belligerent rhetoric,” Shifter said. “This creates more concern and anxiety about the purpose of these weapons and their intended use.”

Evidence outlined in a Pentagon contractor report suggests that financial subversion carried out by unknown parties, such as terrorists or hostile nations, contributed to the 2008 economic crash by covertly using vulnerabilities in the U.S. financial system.

The unclassified 2009 report “Economic Warfare: Risks and Responses” by financial analyst Kevin D. Freeman, a copy of which was obtained by The Washington Times, states that “a three-phased attack was planned and is in the process against the United States economy.”

While economic analysts and a final report from the federal government’s Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission blame the crash on such economic factors as high-risk mortgage lending practices and poor federal regulation and supervision, the Pentagon contractor adds a new element: “outside forces,” a factor the commission did not examine.

“There is sufficient justification to question whether outside forces triggered, capitalized upon or magnified the economic difficulties of 2008,” the report says, explaining that those domestic economic factors would have caused a “normal downturn” but not the “near collapse” of the global economic system that took place.

Suspects include financial enemies in Middle Eastern states, Islamic terrorists, hostile members of the Chinese military, or government and organized crime groups in Russia, Venezuela or Iran. Chinese military officials publicly have suggested using economic warfare against the U.S.
